A media kit is a document (preferably on one page), containing information about your brand or blog.
It should include an ‘about me’ section, demographics, statistics, contact details, social media links and perhaps even a list of brands you’ve worked with in the past.
The document itself tends to be something you forward to brands to show what you and your business or blog can do for them. They can be sent via email or printed and handed out at trade shows and events.
